During this Essential Wellness Retreat, we will share:

  1. 3 Simple Steps to Save your life with food (and the 'how-to' details)
  2. a duplicatable Meal Planning Process (plus you'll take home meal plans with recipes for 4 entire weeks!)
  3. a hands-on cooking session (and we will eat the food!)
  4. a workshop on Essential Oils 101 (and how they can become your natural solution for many of your everyday challenges. You'll take away a full bottle of one special oil plus some samples and the confidence to use them effectively)

Your week end time is precious - no question. Should you take the time to participate? Well, here's the thing - You'll know this retreat is for you if:

  • you're eating out too often (or eating too much processed food) but you can't find time - or you're simply not prepared when hunger strikes
